Gulf web design oman and Asala Muhafida Trd announce merger



Sultanate of Oman, Muscat – Locally owned Gulf web design oman announced today that it will be merging with Muscat-based Asala Muhafida Trading LLC effective June 01, 2018. Company officials are expected to meet with Gulf web design Oman’s officials later this month to discuss employee benefits and retirement packages.

Gulf web design oman officials expect this merger to improve investor confidence and widen its customer base. In addition to Asala Muhafida Trading LLC, Gulf web design oman hosting will now Pre-designed programs, FAAXY easy website builder, and FAAXY document Handler.

The merger will permit to use previous customer’s Pre-designed programs, FAAXY easy website builder, and FAAXY document Handler to sale exclusively.  Asala Muhafida Trading LLC offices  addressed at Office Number :27B.Plot:1845-AL Qurum Gardens, sort code : 222 P.0 112.AL Qurum, Sultanate of Oman represented by : CEO Mr. Gamal Younis Managing Director Mr . More information is expected to be released following a shareholders meeting on August 20, 2018.
